Cancellation and Refund Policy

Creator is month-to-month. Cancellation is self-service and takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless Stripe or law requires another result.

Price

The public founding-beta Price is $5 USD per month for up to three active static sites. Customers who keep that exact subscription continuously active retain the beta Price. New subscriptions after beta are expected to be $19 USD per month. The amount and currency shown by Stripe Checkout control each purchase.

Cancellation

Cancel through the Stripe-hosted billing portal before renewal. Cancellation prevents future renewals and ordinarily leaves paid access active through the current period. Deleting a site or ceasing use does not cancel billing. You are responsible for completing cancellation.

Refunds

You may request a refund of your first beta subscription charge within seven calendar days after that charge by emailing support@rw0.io. This first-charge window is limited to one refund per person, organization, and payment method. Later charges, partial months, unused time, suspended accounts, and renewal charges are non-refundable except where required by law or for a verified duplicate charge. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank processing time is outside our control.

Failed payments

We may provide a short grace period after a failed renewal. Publishing can be restricted or suspended after grace expires. Restoring service may require payment through Stripe. We do not guarantee recovery of a site or grandfathered beta Price after a subscription terminates.

Please contact support@rw0.io before initiating a charge dispute so we can investigate. This does not limit any right you have under applicable law or card-network rules.
