Terms of Service

Small Site is a public founding beta for publishing bounded static websites. Initial paid enrollment is capacity-limited and may return to a waitlist. It is not a general cloud platform, managed development service, or high-availability hosting service.

Effective 2026-08-16 · Applies to the Small Site paid beta at rw0.io.

1. Operator and agreement

Small Site at rw0.io (the “Service”) is operated under the DeltaOps Technology business name (“Operator,” “we,” or “us”). By requesting access, accepting these Terms, paying for, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the incorporated Privacy, Acceptable Use, Cancellation and Refund, Data Retention, and Support policies. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you may bind it.

2. Beta service

The Service accepts only already-built artifacts conforming to small-static-site/1. It does not provide customer server processes, databases, secret storage, source builds, arbitrary executable uploads, background jobs, or an uptime service-level agreement. Beta features, limits, URLs, and availability may change. We may pause, limit, or discontinue the beta on reasonable notice, or immediately when required for security, abuse prevention, law, or provider failure.

3. Offer and grandfathered beta price

The Creator beta is $5 USD per month for up to three active static sites. A beta customer keeps the $5 monthly Price while that exact subscription remains continuously active. Cancellation, expiration, failed-payment termination, or account closure ends that price. New subscriptions started after the beta closes are expected to be $19 USD per month, subject to the price displayed at checkout. Taxes, if any, are shown or collected separately. There is no free production tier, annual commitment, uptime SLA, or included custom development.

4. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for your account, publishing credentials, site content, legal rights to all submitted material, visitor-facing disclosures, and compliance with law. You must review agent-generated output before publishing. You must not submit secrets, regulated or highly sensitive data, malware, illegal content, or content that violates the Acceptable Use Policy. You remain the publisher of your sites; validation, scanning, and bounded static serving do not certify content as lawful, accurate, or safe.

5. License

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, copy, scan, transform only as technically required, cache, transmit, display, back up, and restore that content solely to operate, secure, and support the Service. This license ends after deletion, subject to backup retention and legal obligations.

6. Suspension and termination

We may reject an upload or suspend an account or site immediately for suspected security risk, abuse, legal exposure, nonpayment, provider requirements, excessive resource use, or violation of these policies. We may remove content without advance notice when delay could increase harm. You may cancel through Stripe’s hosted billing portal. Effects of cancellation and deletion are described in the Cancellation and Data Retention policies.

7. No warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the beta is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, security, accuracy, data preservation, and error-free operation. Malware scanning, backups, and isolation reduce risk but do not eliminate it. You must keep your own source and exportable copy of every site.

8. Liability limit

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither the Operator nor its suppliers will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages; lost profits, revenue, goodwill, opportunities, or data; substitute services; or interruption arising from the Service. Our aggregate liability for all claims arising from the Service will not exceed the fees you paid for the Service during the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits apply regardless of legal theory and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

9. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Operator from third-party claims, damages, penalties, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your sites, your violation of law or these policies, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

10. Changes and general terms

We may update these Terms for future use. Material changes affecting an active paid subscription will be communicated through the Service or account email before taking effect when reasonably practicable. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. You may not assign these Terms without consent; we may assign them with the business or Service. The laws and courts serving the Operator’s principal place of business govern, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
